The community lease requirements at Cypress Creek are;
- A minimum 6 months lease
- The lease must be for the entire property, and not individual rooms
- No Airbnb's or short-term rentals are permitted
- $50 application fee along with a copy of the lease between tenant and owner
- Completed HOA lease application
